Job summary

Max Accelerate is seeking a skilled talent sourcer to help staff enterprise asset management projects with Maximo experts. You will conduct structured interviews, maintain candidate records, and work with clients to align talent with project needs.

A strong command of English and experience with Salesforce or Bullhorn are highly valued as you build a high-caliber network of Maximo professionals across regions and industries.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical, ERP, or EAM roles.
• Prior exposure to IBM Maximo or ERP ecosystems is preferred.
• Ability to discuss configurations, integrations, and project experience with candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical, ERP, or EAM roles
• Prior exposure to IBM Maximo, ERP, or enterprise software ecosystems preferred
• Ability to engage with candidates on technical skills like configurations and integrations
• Strong interviewing skills to extract detailed project and client information
• Experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar recruiting CRM/ATS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MAS 9.2, Cognos, or WatsonX integrations
• Additional languages beyond English
