As a the company Talent Sourcer, you will build talent pipelines for some of the most technically demanding roles on earth. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to identify and engage exceptional talent who want to help make life multiplanetary. In many cases, you are candidates’ first encounter with the company, and it is your job to represent the company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm. We work in teams and focus on collaboration, yet require a high degree of autonomy. So, while you are not expected to go it alone, you are expected to show initiative, take responsibility, and see tasks through to completion.
