• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Drive, and LMS/CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist program participants with resume review, interview coaching, and career guidance.
• Build relationships with regional employers to showcase graduates' readiness.
• Develop apprenticeship and work-based learning opportunities with partners.
• Promote full-time roles for STARs candidates.
• Support partner engagement to meet program deliverables and goals.
• Track graduate placement and retention metrics.
