Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred in counseling, education, student services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and select participants; assess needs; provide personal, academic and career services.
• Plan curriculum for 6-12 grades and collaborate with school personnel.
• Maintain records and assist in evaluations and reporting.
• Support recruitment and training processes for Talent Search.
