PeopleReady in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager, recruit applicants, guide candidates through the employment process, and ensure customer openings are filled. You will also set appointments, meet customers, and contribute to sales efforts while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, strong communication, and the ability to navigate ATS and the JobStack app.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Effective people skills to relate to management and employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates.
• Navigate ATS and JobStack; support daily operations.
• Enter inbound orders from customers into the system.
• Proactively recruit new applicants and match with open positions.
• Process payroll for temporary workers in a timely manner.
• Promote safety by keeping compliance top of mind.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
