Job summary

The Talent Relations Intern at THE·TEAM will support the Talent Relations team with day-to-day projects, research, and administrative tasks to create a positive experience for THE·TEAM Creators talent. You will gain exposure to talent management, partnerships, events, and creator services while developing key organizational and communication skills.

This internship runs from January 26, 2027 to April 30, 2027, with a 20-hour per week commitment and is eligible for college credit.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to earn college credit for an internship.
• Time commitment of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in talent management or the creator economy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding materials and welcome resources.
• Organize onboarding documents and track tasks.
• Update internal resources and documents.
• Research hotels, restaurants, and providers in key markets.
• Maintain partnership trackers and contact lists.
• Assist with talent events and guest list management.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling and note-taking.
• Support cross-functional projects.
