Job summary

Milwaukee Tool, a leading brand within Techtronic Industries, seeks an Associate Talent Project Leader to drive smaller Talent projects and support broader initiatives. You will coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables, ensuring follow-through and documented risk management.

You will collaborate with Talent and other functions, managing responsibilities independently while escalating complex decisions. Strong PM fundamentals and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Foundational project management skills including planning, timelines, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and risk/issue tracking.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller to moderate Talent projects and support workstreams within larger initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate activities, meetings, stakeholders, and deliverables to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate when needed.
• Support change readiness and adoption through communications and training materials.
