Your Role on Our Team:

The Associate Talent Project Leader leads smaller to moderate, defined Talent projects and supports workstreams within broader Talent initiatives. This role brings structure and follow-through to project work by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and identifying risks or issues that may impact execution. Working across Talent and other functions, the Associate Talent Project Leader independently manages assigned project responsibilities and deliverables while seeking guidance on significant risks, tradeoffs, or decisions outside of defined scope.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution Lead smaller to moderate, defined Talent projects and support workstreams within larger initiatives. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers, and project documentation. Coordinate project activities, meetings, stakeholders, and deliverables to keep work moving and ensure accountability. Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; address items within scope and escalation when appropriate. Support change readiness and adoption through communications, training materials, feedback collection, and transition activities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Partner with Talent and cross‑functional stakeholders to clarify responsibilities, coordinate deliverables, and support project outcomes. Provide clear, timely project updates and prepare materials to support project discussions and decisions. Build trusted working relationships through strong communication, organization, and dependable follow‑through. Gather data, feedback, and stakeholder input to support decisions and identify practical improvements to project execution and stakeholder experience.
  • Operational Effectiveness & Growth Maintain organized project documentation and contribute to tools, templates, and practices that improve consistency and repeatability. Manage competing priorities and adapt to changing timelines, stakeholder needs, and project requirements. Build project management, stakeholder communication, and Talent functional expertise through experience and continued development. Program Management Drive coordination and execution of the Employee Purchase Program in alignment with organizational goals with clear data tracking. And other duties as assigned.
What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Foundational project management skills, including project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and risk/issue tracking.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow‑through.
  • Ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities, balance competing priorities, and appropriately escalated risks or decisions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams/SharePoint, project tracking tools, or similar business systems.
