Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting programs, or related field.
• Experience supporting hiring initiatives across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow talent communities to support hiring across functions (Engineering, Data Center Operations, Go-to-Market, Corporate).
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and develop proactive pipeline strategies.
• Create and execute initiatives that engage prospective candidates through recruiting programs, networking opportunities, events, and outreach.
• Translate talent engagement into hiring outcomes by maintaining strong candidate relationships and smooth transitions into recruiting processes.
• Track talent pipeline activity and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
