Job summary

Health Network Laboratories, LLC is seeking an Academic & Workforce Development Coordinator in Allentown, PA to lead workforce pipeline initiatives, manage student programs, and strengthen educational partnerships.

You will coordinate internships, affiliations, tuition assistance, and clinical rotations, while collaborating with HR, academic partners, and training sites to ensure compliant, scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of three years coordinating workforce development or student programs.
• Experience with Workday, LMS, data analysis, and related technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, coordinates, and evaluates workforce development and career programs.
• Serves as liaison between academic institutions, departments, HR, and training sites.
• Manages end-to-end student lifecycle: onboarding, placement, evaluation, and completion.
• Assists curriculum development and instructor scheduling to support accreditation.
• Maintains reports, dashboards, and analyses on program effectiveness.
