Qualifications

• Must meet CLIA 88 personnel requirements for high complexity testing where applicable.
• Certification by a recognized certifying agency preferred (ASCP, ASMT, NCA, etc.).
• Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate clinical laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of staff in collection, processing and testing.
• Provides leadership and training to team members and coordinates on-call coverage.
• Monitors quality and regulatory compliance and participates in CSI and education programs.
