Job summary

Spencer's is a luxury boutique spa group seeking a Recruiting and Talent Partner to join our People Team and lead all recruitment, hiring, and employee engagement initiatives in support of our rapid growth. This role will own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for onsite spa roles and HQ, build robust talent pipelines, and drive a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in a high-volume luxury hospitality setting.
• Spa recruitment experience, especially Massage Therapists.
• Proven success delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for onsite spa roles and HQ, managing a large requisition load with speed, accuracy, and prioritization.
• Build and sustain a proactive, high-quality talent pipeline.
• Perform ongoing market, competitor, and industry analysis.
• Source top talent through diversified strategies.
• Partner with onsite leadership and Operations on headcount planning, onboarding, and engagement.
• Drive seamless operations: job postings, social content, scheduling, and lifecycle administration.
• Maintain data-driven tracking, dashboards, reports, and insights.
• Design and deploy creative attraction tactics to elevate employer branding.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate and employee experience.
• Design and deliver employee engagement programs including recognition and development.
• Partner with leadership to design ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Champion internal mobility and growth.
