Cohere is hiring a Talent Partner on a full-time contract basis to cover paternity leave through June 2027. You will build and own a strong pipeline of world-class business talent across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations, delivering a top-tier recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's premium brand.

You are a creative problem solver with an established network in business communities, data-driven sourcing, and the ability to influence hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.

As a Talent Partner, You Will

• You have a proven track record of hiring candidates in high-growth and a high-bar environments (startup, technology, AI experience strongly preferred)

• You're a creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• You're a natural influencer with exceptional relationship-building skills
• You leverage data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness
