Cohere, a security-first enterprise AI company, seeks a Talent Partner to build a strong pipeline across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations. You will deliver a premium candidate experience, partner with hiring managers, and use creative sourcing to engage passive talent.

You’ll leverage your 5+ years of business-role recruiting, a broad professional network, and a data-driven approach to inform sourcing decisions.

• 5+ years of recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Proven track record hiring in high-growth, high-bar environments (startup/AI preferred).
• Established network in business communities and markets like US/EMEA.

As a Talent Partner, you will:

• Develop creative, proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles
• Cultivate relationships with established networks across business communities and industry leaders
• Identify and own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge

Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations in markets like EMEA/US etc.
• You have a proven track record of hiring candidates in high-growth and a high-bar environments (startup, technology, AI experience strongly preferred)
• You bring an established, high-profile network in business communities
• You're a creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• You're a natural influencer with exceptional relationship-building skills
• You leverage data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness
• You're passionate about diversity, equity, and building inclusive business teams
• You have a strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond immediate hiring needs
