Job summary

project44 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting across GTM and Technology. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Engineering, and Product to build teams that power growth and the platform.

You’ll act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, shaping headcount plans, building talent pipelines, and closing hires that move the business forward in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM and Technology in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to recruit across a range of profiles and levels from ICs to leadership.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality.
• Strong consultative influencing skills and process discipline.
• Experience with Greenhouse is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and Technology from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with leaders to understand headcount plans and org strategy.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and calibrated scoring.
• Lead offer negotiations and collaborate with compensation/People teams.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
• Stay current on market trends and competitor hiring activity.
• Contribute to employer branding and ATS optimization.
