ABB Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for Process Automation divisions within the US.

You will collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, improve candidate experience, and report on market conditions to leadership. The role is hybrid, working with the US Talent Acquisition team to support multiple US business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 5+ years' HR experience in a high performing global organization or an RPO.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting including job brief, sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and close.
• Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
• Strategic mindset with understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition trends within the HUB.
• Strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change projects.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and experience leveraging the tools to source candidates and manage relationships.

This position reports to:

US Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your expertise by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the US Talent Acquisition team in support of the Process Automation divisions' various US business lines.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing End-to-End talent acquisition processes for the assigned requisitions, acting as a trusted advisor to the business hiring managers.
• Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and solve current issues in the candidates' pipeline, candidates' experience, that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in functional specialty.
• Using and updating relevant recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding systems in support of the talent acquisition function.
• Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs in recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's or master's degree with at 5+years' professional HR experience in a high performing global organization, or an RPO (or similar) company.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close.
• Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
• Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends within the HUB.
• Strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change projects.
• Knowledge of different recruitment platforms and experience leveraging the tools to source candidates as well as manage relationships.
• Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills.
