Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative, operations, or office support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM systems, or HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts including sourcing, resume review, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and recruiting records.
• Track recruiting metrics and generate reports using Excel and other tools.
• Create presentations, reports, and business materials in PowerPoint.
• Manage and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and operational trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR-related administrative activities.
• Support leadership with various administrative and operational projects.
• Help identify process improvements and leverage technology to drive efficiency.
• Provide support across two affiliated businesses and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
