Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience supporting HR, Talent Management, or People Operations.
• Strong data review and accuracy focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365; Excel expertise preferred.
• Familiarity with SharePoint/Box platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational support for Talent Management initiatives.
• Activate and support the Hybrid Model (AOHM) execution.
• Review and validate data, reports, and notifications.
• Create clear documentation and communications for stakeholders.
