Job summary

Morales Group Staffing in Indianapolis seeks an Operations Specialist to lead recruitment and placement for assigned areas. You will manage the recruitment cycle, maintain applicant records, and ensure E-Verify and I-9 compliance while supporting front-desk duties and a high-volume onboarding process.

You will collaborate with Operations and Sales to meet client needs, attend job fairs, and drive a positive teammate experience through diligent data management and courteous service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of E-Verify and I-9 compliance.
  • Strong communication and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

We need hungry, humble and people smart leaders to help pave the way.The Position:The Operations Specialist at Morales Group is responsible for recruitment and placement of qualified candidates for assigned areas of responsibility, managing the recruitment cycle, establishing multiple recruiting strategies with multiple resources, while continually exhibiting the core values of the organization.In a small market, a recruiter’s responsibilities will include administrative duties such as processing all teammates. Assist in answering the multi-line phone system and managing front lobby. Use problem solving skills to support current and future teammates. Performs basic employee records maintenance such as address changes, recording availability calls, and research issues/concerns/questions. Maintains employee applications and required onboarding forms.
