Mission Wealth is seeking an Onboarding and Recruiting Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time role focuses on delivering a seamless onboarding journey for new hires and supporting recruiting efforts across the firm.

You will coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, partner with Talent & Acquisitions, Hiring Managers, IT, and Operations, and ensure a welcoming candidate experience in a fast-growing financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR, People Operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or talent support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Natural people-person with warm, approachable and professional communication style.
• Strong ability to create a positive experience for candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and internal partners.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills; juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and enthusiastic ambassador for all new hires during onboarding.
• Own and execute the full onboarding process, from Talent & Acquisitions handoff to Day 1 setup and beyond.
• Collaborate with Talent & Acquisitions, Hiring Managers, IT, Operations, and other internal partners for seamless candidate-to-new-hire experience.
• Organize and deliver engaging orientation sessions, onboarding communications, and new hire touchpoints.
• Maintain new hire documentation, manage HRIS entry, and coordinate compliance steps throughout onboarding.
• Support recruiting efforts by assisting with job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and follow-up.
• Help maintain applicant tracking system data, candidate records, requisition updates, and recruiting dashboards for accuracy and visibility.
• Partner with Talent & Acquisitions to create positive candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
