Mission Wealth in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Onboarding & Recruiting Specialist to lead the full onboarding journey and support recruiting, coordinating with HR and hiring managers. This in-office, salaried role offers a base salary and bonus with growth potential.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in HR-related roles, strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS and MS Office, enabling a positive candidate experience and smooth new-hire transitions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, onboarding, or recruiting coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience in professional services or financial services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for new hires and guide onboarding.
• Own and execute full onboarding from handoff to Day 1 setup.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, IT, Operations to ensure a seamless candidate-to-new-hire experience.
• Organize orientation sessions and onboarding communications.
• Maintain documentation, HRIS entry, and compliance steps.
• Support recruiting tasks: postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, offers, follow-up.
• Maintain ATS data and dashboards for visibility.
• Partner with Talent & Acquisitions to ensure positive candidate experience.
• Assist with background checks and employment verifications.
• Continuously improve onboarding and recruiting processes.
• Support a high-performing HR team with a positive attitude.
