TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager with daily operations and sales generation at the Chattanooga, TN location.

The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and placing associates, ensuring the best match for assignments while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance. It involves payroll processing, dispatching, and proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or related field.
• Prior staffing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound orders from new and existing customers and enter them into the system.
• Perform high-volume outbound calls to find qualified workers for job orders.
• Dispatch associates to open positions and ensure proper qualification matching.
• Process payroll for associates accurately and timely.
• Respond to administrative and third-party requests and manage unemployment claims.
