Job summary

Aerotek Corporation in Hanover, MD, is hiring a Social Media Specialist to manage Aerotek, Actalent and Aston Carter’s social channels and drive brand engagement.

The candidate will create content, manage calendars, monitor engagement, and analyze results to improve performance while maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. A BA in communications/marketing or equivalent, plus 2–5 years of social media experience, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience planning and creating social media content for a brand or organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Aerotek, Actalent and Aston Carter social media channels with a consistent voice.
• Create and produce original social content in collaboration with design and video teams.
• Build and manage a social content calendar with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages and moderate content.
• Increase followers and engagement using organic and paid tactics.
• Track metrics and produce reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current on platform updates and trends and adjust strategy.
• Ensure all materials align with brand voice and guidelines.
