About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing creator and talent management company looking to add established Talent Managers with an existing roster of creators they can bring with them.

This is not a role for someone looking to build a roster from scratch. The ideal candidate has already developed a meaningful book of business and is looking to plug into a larger platform with the infrastructure, resources, and support to help scale their clients and earning potential - while maintaining significant autonomy over their business.

What We're Looking For

• Existing, portable roster of creators/talent
• Ideally $1M+ in annual gross bookings
• Proven experience managing and developing digital creators, influencers, or personalities
• Track record of growing client revenue through brand partnerships and other opportunities
• Strong relationships across the creator ecosystem
• Entrepreneurial, business-minded approach to talent management
