Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Talent Management Specialist (Organizational Development Representative) to drive enterprise talent readiness and succession planning across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to strengthen leadership pipelines and enable data-driven talent decisions.

The role reports to the Manager of Talent Management and may require proximity to VACO headquarters or a major Northrop Grumman facility in the continental US. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in Talent Management/HR roles OR Master’s with at least 3 years.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years OR Master’s with at least 6 years for Level 4.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of enterprise talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership readiness.
• Partner with Talent Management to mature succession practices and drive enterprise readiness across sectors.
• Develop and maintain training resources for managers on succession planning and development.
• Analyze talent data and support data-driven executive-ready materials and dashboards.
