Job summary

Perry Weather is growing rapidly and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Dallas. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and help scale hiring across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, improve the candidate experience, and contribute to Perry Weather’s mission to deliver safer weather solutions for organizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally technical
• Strong end-to-end recruitment execution and candidate experience
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership to scale hiring

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and descriptions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Support employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
