Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning or Organization Development, and Talent Reviews.
• Experience in project management supporting organization‑wide talent management programs.
• Knowledge of leading approaches in Talent Management and data‑driven evaluation metrics.

• Lead the launch, training, support, and management of the annual performance review process and talent reviews.
• Maintain existing talent management programs and processes through resource development and user support.
• Prepare reports on talent management activities, measuring performance against goals and providing insights for senior leaders.
