Job summary

GOTAFE in Beverly Hills offers a paid internship focused on talent management, agency, PR, and digital projects. You will support managers, assist with talent endorsements and brand deals, and help create marketing materials and reports in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Support Managers and team with office administration, research, project tracking, and overall support.
• Assist with talent projects: endorsements, appearances, brand deals, licensing, original developments, and music releases.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials: talent one sheets, statistics, press roundups, newsletters.
• Update weekly/monthly talent tracking and analytic reports; participate in related meetings.
• Support talent with projects and personal needs; organize internal/external materials for brands.
• Track industry players/projects; provide internal reporting on competition.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Managers and the team company-wide with office administration, research, project tracking, and general support.
• Assisting with talent projects such as endorsements, appearances, brand deals, licensing, original developments, and music releases.
• Developing and maintaining marketing materials including talent one sheets, statistics, press roundups, and newsletters.
• Updating weekly and monthly talent tracking and analytic reports and participating in related meetings.
• Supporting talent with various projects and personal needs.
• Creating and organizing internal and external materials for brands.
• Tracking relevant industry players, projects, and competition with regular internal reporting.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Interest in a career related to talent management, agency, PR, digital, or production/casting.
• Experience and understanding of the digital influencer/talent landscape strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop and effectively manage strong working relationships with young, emerging talent.
• Independent self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strategic and creative thinker able to align department goals with overall company business objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
