• Experience with stakeholder management and influencing talent decisions at multiple levels.
• Strong project and change management capabilities with multiple priorities.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute PDP process including goal setting, feedback and development planning.
• Manage Top Talent programming and talent review/development activities.
• Support succession planning and development activities with HRBPs.
