Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Talent Management Consultant to partner with HR teams across Nestlé+ to execute talent and performance management strategies. You will lead the Top Talent program, support succession planning, and drive analytics to strengthen leadership development across the organization.

Preferred Arlington, VA location with travel up to 15%. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder partnership, and global talent initiatives with Nestlé+ partners.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Human Resources or related field, with HR Generalist/BP, Talent Management, operations or change leadership experience.
• Stakeholder management experience across multiple levels.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Ability to build trust and gain buy-in at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PDP process with goal setting, performance discussions and ongoing feedback.
• Provide Nestlé+ level support for core Performance Management activities.
• Manage Top Talent programming and talent reviews.
• Assess workforce capabilities and identify future needs to address capability gaps.
• Use talent data to inform succession planning and development recommendations.
• Support training to global talent management processes and communications.
• Maintain Talent Management tools and systems (SuccessFactors, reporting, analytics).
• Analyze talent data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
