Job summary

Qonto in Paris is seeking a Talent Manager to operationalise and strengthen our culture by turning people data into fair Talent Management frameworks, products and processes. You will partner with the Talent & Culture Director and HR teams to shape performance, feedback, objectives, potential and career development, while building clear career paths for Qontoers.

You will diagnose our Talent Management approach, prototype solutions, test with users, and drive adoption across the business,

Qualifications

• In-house experience designing and implementing Talent Management frameworks (performance, feedback, objectives, potential and career development).
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, usable frameworks and processes.
• Strong analytical skills blending quantitative data and qualitative insights.
• Credible, emotionally intelligent with ability to mobilise senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Autonomous, proactive and capable of challenging others while remaining flexible to feedback.
• Fluent professional English; French or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve HR frameworks and products across performance, feedback, objectives, potential and career development to strengthen culture.
• Shape key HR cycles by partnering to implement mid-year and end-of-year improvements.
• Build career paths by connecting skills, development and internal mobility for Qontoers.
• Diagnose Talent Management approach, gather insights, identify gaps and translate into a roadmap.
• Prototype solutions, test with users, define success metrics and adapt frameworks accordingly.
• Mobilise stakeholders and drive adoption with clear guidance for managers.
