Wright Service Corp. is seeking a Training & Development Business Partner – Talent & Leader Development to support leadership development programs.

You will assist with needs assessments, instructional design and facilitation of established learning experiences across a variety of formats. This role emphasizes building capability in leadership practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and applying foundational learning design to ensure high-quality training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within timelines.
• Experience in designing and delivering adult learning programs.
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles.
• Ability to interpret learning data and apply insights.
• Collaborates effectively with stakeholders under clear direction.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of talent and leader development programs and training events.
• Design and facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid training classes and curricula.
• Conduct training needs assessments with internal stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and feedback to reinforce learning and behavior change.
• Create classroom and online training content, guides, and PowerPoint materials.
• Apply interactive design principles to instructional solutions for adults.
• Develop course evaluations and use data to improve programs.
• Collaborate with team on innovative ways to maximize training effectiveness.
• Demonstrate ongoing professional growth and align content with Wright’s values.
