Job summary
Northwestern Mutual is seeking an Assistant Director, Talent Management Experience Design for Career & Talent Planning to own end-to-end design of enterprise processes that empower employees to grow and strengthen the talent pipeline. You will craft a scalable, integrated experience across career planning, development conversations, and succession, aligned with business priorities and culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Graduate degree strongly preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide talent management processes (career development, talent reviews, succession planning, and skills).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of enterprise talent processes (career planning, development planning, career conversations, talent review & calibration, succession planning, and skills).
- Lead continuous improvement by translating insights into design enhancements that improve clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Provide consultation and enablement materials to support adoption, and create AI-enabled self-service guidance for employees, leaders, and HR.
