OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a senior contributor to own the integrated talent-attraction and experience strategy across Employer Brand, Candidate Experience, Recruitment Marketing, and Recruiting Enablement.

You will set shared priorities and build scalable frameworks to align with our culture and operating principles, while partnering with Communications and People leaders. This role drives cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent messaging and effective recruiting enablement.

Responsabilités

• Develop a data-backed employer narrative grounded in OpenAI, culture, values and operating principles.
• Coordinate across candidate and employee programs to ensure aligned branding and messaging.
• Ensure messaging is consistent and actionable for recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Serve as the recruiting liaison with communications during emerging issues and fast-moving news.
• Define repeatable systems turning candidate feedback and market insights into prioritized recruiting changes.
