Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions in Atlanta is seeking a Travel Hiring Event Coordinator for a six-month contract to support a world-leading aviation client.

The role requires you to travel frequently (4 days per week) and manage a range of recruitment-administration tasks, from candidate inquiries to background checks and onboarding during live events. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to travel 4 days out of the week, including some weekends.
  • 1–3 years of high-volume administration, support, or customer service experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Managing administration activities including candidate inquiries, background checks, onboarding, proctoring assessments and drug screening during live hiring events.
  • Supporting the recruitment process with ad-hoc administration tasks.
  • Updating the applicant tracking system and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Managing candidate needs and expectations and meeting client service levels.
  • Handling day-to-day queries and escalating when needed.
  • Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers.

This is a 6 month contract supporting the hiring of a world leading aviation client.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Preferred location of Atlanta Georgia or near a major U.S. airport (Dallas, Detroit, Seattle, New York, Minneapolis, Tampa, Orlando,)

  • Managing various administration activities including candidate inquiries, document verification, background checks, onboarding, proctoring assessments and facilitating drug screening processes during live hiring events.
  • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensure data accuracy at all times.
  • Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
  • Managing the candidate needs and expectations and working to the service levels agreed with the client.
  • Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
  • Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Exceptional verbal and written language skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
