Job summary

JONESWORKS is seeking an Account Executive in Talent + Entertainment who brings a passion for public relations, strong organizational skills, and fresh ideas to engage audiences across media.

You will manage press coverage for talent clients, develop creative PR programs, draft pitches and releases, coordinate with partners, and mentor junior staff while upholding discretion and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant PR experience with talent clients.
• Strong understanding of consumer, lifestyle, and fashion industries.
• Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Proven success in securing major press opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, pitching, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage press coverage for talent and entertainment clients.
• Develop creative PR programs to support client objectives, launches, activations, etc.
• Assist with evolving client strategies to meet goals.
• Draft, review, and edit pitches, press releases, agendas and more.
• Lead coordination with outside partners, agencies, and brands as day-to-day contact.
• Foster client relationships and day-to-day contact with senior team members.
• Mentor Account Coordinators and interns, provide feedback and delegate tasks.
• Draft media and client-facing materials.
• Vet inbound press opportunities and staff interviews, events, etc.
