• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and operational logistics with precision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the agility to prioritize shifting demands.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative Recruiting Coordination
• Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture leaders to align candidate touchpoints with Kinder’s brand and long-term talent strategy.
• Proactively manage candidate pipelines, ensuring records are accurate, feedback is standardized, and hiring decisions are data informed.
• Anticipate scheduling needs and remove logistical obstacles to create a seamless, professional experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Onboarding Experience Elevation
• Lead onboarding programs that are structured, welcoming, and aligned with Kinder’s culture.
• Develop engaging pre-boarding and first-week experiences that immerse new hires in Kinder’s story.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure onboarding plans are scalable and sustainable as Kinder grows.
• Continuously refine the onboarding journey by collecting and analyzing feedback from new hires and managers.
• Process Improvement & Innovation
• Act as a change agent to streamline recruiting and onboarding workflows.
• Create tools, templates, and resources that scale with the business.
• Monitor trends in recruiting operations to position Kinder as an employer of choice.
• Employer Brand & Culture Advocacy
• Infuse Kinder’s values into every candidate and employee interaction.
• Support storytelling initiatives that highlight Kinder’s culture.
• Partner on projects that strengthen employer brand visibility and candidate engagement.
