Job summary

Logic Staffing is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to join a growing team in Canada. This seasonal role supports credentialing, compliance, payroll, and HR administration with a Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, onboarding/offboarding duties, and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service and administrative experience and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Hard skills: Basic Excel skills; comfortable working across multiple systems for payroll, compliance, and reporting.
• Soft skills: Professional interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking ability; proactive collaborator across teams; comfortable troubleshooting and problem solving in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily submission and tracking of new hire credentials and compliance documentation.
• Audit, update, and maintain accurate records for New Starts, Compliance, and related reporting data.
• Submit and track employee extension requests upon reaching the 90-day mark.
• Communicate proactively and collaborate with the office administration team on staffing and operational needs.
• Prepare and distribute weekly offboarding reports to ensure timely employee deactivation.
• Participate in weekly and monthly strategy meetings to review processes and operational updates.
• Process approved employee transfer upload requests and ensure accurate system updates.
• Troubleshoot account and system issues with superusers and provide ongoing operational support.
• Monitor and manage daily payroll processes, including timesheet review/approval and bill rate updates.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, HR processes, client events, invoicing, reporting, and other operational projects as assigned.
