Job summary

Pacific Health Group is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to coordinate the full-cycle recruiting workflow, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience from application to NHO hand-off. Reporting to the HR Leader, you will exercise independent judgment in candidate evaluation and provide essential operational support to meet high-volume staffing goals.

This hybrid California role requires local travel for university partnerships, hiring fairs, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of specialized full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or business services
• 2 years of experience attending job fairs and community hiring events; build relationships with local workforce development organizations
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment in an ATS/HRIS (Workable, Paycom or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; commitment to compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage complex scheduling
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment; willingness to take on new HR duties
• Must participate in street outreach initiatives, company and community events, and career fairs

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Coordination: manages day-to-day recruitment pipeline and candidate screening.
• Candidate Experience: ensures high-touch communication and stays engaged post-offer through pre-boarding.
• HR Operations: coordinates onboarding documentation; ensures compliance with Federal and CA labor laws.
