Job summary

Veritext is seeking a Talent Engagement Representative (Corporate) to support sourcing, onboarding and engagement within the talent management group. You will move Independent Contractor candidates through applications, interview and assessment, onboard contracted contenders, and facilitate compliance and engagement for active Transcriptionists and Digital Reporters.

You will collaborate with colleagues, maintain professional communications, and own processes from intake to resolution.

About the role:

Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As aTalent Engagement Representative (Corporate), you will support the sourcing, onboarding and engagement functions of the talent management group. This includes assisting movement of Independent Contractor candidates through application, interviewing and assessment, contracted contenders through onboarding and learning, and thereafter facilitating compliance, engagement and support of active Transcriptionists and Digital Reporters.
