Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years HR experience.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee communications.
  • Knowledge of HRIS/ATS and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to attract a high-quality workforce.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Develop and administer employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain internal communications and employee newsletters.
  • Coordinate safety initiatives and SOP documentation.
  • Analyze recruitment and engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports and participate on committees.
