Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to drive talent management, learning, and leadership development across the organization. You will coordinate programs, manage timelines, communications, and data, delivering consistent, meaningful experiences for leaders and team members.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, you will improve programs, partner with stakeholders, and leverage HR tech to drive impact and scalability across Bagel Brands’ brands at the Denver HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, program coordination, or a related field.
• Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to independently manage initiatives, evaluate priorities, and deliver results with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with leaders across the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and HR/learning technology.
• Experience with HRIS/learning platforms (Workday, Wisetail) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of talent and development programs, including leadership development and performance management.
• Manage timelines, enrollment, communications, materials, and completion tracking to ensure consistent delivery.
• Partner with the Director, Talent Management to operationalize new programs and scale.
• Coordinate training and development experiences across Bagel Brands, including scheduling and learner communications.
• Analyze talent, learning, and program data to identify trends and drive improvements.
