Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/education or related field.
• Minimum of five years in Learning & Development or HR.
• Experience designing leadership development programs.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development experience.
• Experience creating eLearning content and using LMS.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs.
• Develop leadership development programs for supervisors and managers.
• Create career pathways, competency models, and IDPs.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and customize learning solutions.
• Create and maintain SOPs supporting operational excellence.
• Support succession planning and internal talent initiatives.
• Develop learning materials, videos, and interactive resources.
• Monitor training effectiveness and improve programs using data.
• Manage compliance training (Safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, Harassment Prevention, Ethics, Policies).
• Maintain training records and documentation (Paycom).
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Production leaders.

What You'll Do

• Designing and delivering engaging instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs
• Developing leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders
• Creating career pathways, competency models, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
• Facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding programs
• Conducting training needs assessments and developing customized learning solutions
• Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support operational excellence
• Supporting succession planning and internal talent development initiatives
• Developing learning materials, videos, job aids, workbooks, and interactive training resources
• Monitoring training effectiveness and using data to continuously improve learning programs
• Managing compliance training including Safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, Harassment Prevention, Ethics, and Company Policies
• Maintaining learning records and training documentation through Paycom
• Partnering with HR, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Production leaders to build organizational capability

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Corporate Training, or Human Resources
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development experience
• Experience creating eLearning content and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing, food production, or industrial environments
• Experience developing competency models, career pathways, and succession planning initiatives
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, organizational development, coaching, change management, and learning analytics

Pay Range: $89,000 - $95,000 annually (bonus potential for achieving performance goals.)
