Job summary

Mercedes-Benz North America Corporation, headquartered in the U.S., seeks an Analyst for Performance Management to support talent assessment, succession planning and development initiatives within the PSC. You will gather talent data, prepare materials and reports, and coordinate talent activities with global and local teams.

Role involves maintaining data quality, creating dashboards, and assisting with program administration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, interpret and summarize talent and workforce information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee information.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports, presentations and other materials for HR and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support annual and ongoing talent assessment and succession planning processes, including coordinating timelines, preparing materials, maintaining talent information and tracking required actions and follow-up.
• Collect, organize and analyze talent data and workforce information to support talent reviews, succession discussions and development planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations, talent profiles, dashboards and other materials used by Talent Development, People Consultants and business leaders.
• Maintain talent management information, documentation and systems, helping ensure employee and succession data is complete, accurate and current.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for talent reviews, succession discussions, development programs and other talent-related meetings and activities.
• Support the administration of talent assessment tools and processes, including participant communications, data collection, documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with TLD team for high-potential and employee development programs, including scheduling, participant tracking, communications, materials and program administration as needed.
• Support career development initiatives by maintaining and communicating available development resources, tools and learning opportunities.
• Assist Performance Management with identifying and tracking development actions, career interests, mobility information and succession-related follow-up.
• Gather information from internal and external sources to support workforce and talent analysis, including talent trends, development needs and program effectiveness.
• Support Performance Management projects and initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables and providing analytical and administrative support.
