Job summary

Mercedes-Benz North America Corporation is seeking a Performance/Talent Management Analyst to support talent assessments, succession planning and development initiatives. You will work with global teams to gather data, prepare materials and reports for leaders, and help coordinate talent processes across the organization.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in HR-related fields, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of overall work experience.
• Preferred experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Support talent assessments, succession planning and development initiatives.
• Collect, organize and analyze talent and workforce data.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and talent profiles for leadership.
• Coordinate logistics for talent reviews and development programs.
• Assist with HR processes and documentation.
