Mercedes-Benz North America Corporation is seeking a Performance/Talent Management Analyst to support talent assessments, succession planning and development initiatives. You will work with global teams to gather data, prepare materials and reports for leaders, and help coordinate talent processes across the organization.
The role requires 2–4 years of experience in HR-related fields, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills.

The Performance Management Analyst supports the administration, coordination and analysis of Performance Management programs and processes, including talent assessments, succession planning, career development and employee development initiatives for Mercedes-Benz North America, People Solutions Center (PSC). The role works closely with global Talent Development GFT and local People Consultants to gather and maintain talent information, prepare materials and reports, coordinate talent activities and support the execution of established talent processes. The Analyst helps ensure talent data, tools and resources are accurate, organized and available to support effective talent discussions and decisions.

This position requires a minimum of 2-4 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes: Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR analytics or a related area preferred.
