Job summary

INDI is seeking a Talent Data Analyst to transform large talent data into clear insights that inform decisions across the organization. You will build dashboards, define KPIs, and work with stakeholders to deliver meaningful reports. You will cleanse data, model relational data, and deploy reports using SSIS, Python, and Power BI.

Excellent English and a hands-on, autonomous work style are required. We offer flexible work options and a multinational, goal-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of BI/data analysis tools and data governance.
• Experience modeling relational data and delivering stakeholder-ready insights.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand Talent funnel and define KPIs and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data sources and reporting needs.
• Cleanse and shape data; create datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present findings and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Deploy dashboards and reports to analysis tools with clear specifications.
• Maintain and document the data environment.
