Teach St. Louis is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Talent & Communications Associate to join our team. This role focuses on recruiting strong candidates for Teach St.

Louis programs and crafting communications for the Talent team, grounded in consistent, targeted messaging. The position also supports external partners, including community organizations and university partners, and reports to the Director of Talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, sales, or communications.
• Experience with nonprofit, education, or youth-serving organizations is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for Teach St. Louis programs and candidate outreach.
• Develop targeted communications content for the Talent team.
• Coordinate with external partners including community organizations and universities.
