Job summary

Entourage Yearbooks is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to help attract strong candidates, onboard new hires, and provide training resources across the organization. The role is split about 50% recruiting and 50% employee development, coordinating interviewing, onboarding, and training programs under HR leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple openings, and skilled at building practical training materials and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or learning and development.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and pipelines.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable facilitating training sessions.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS/LMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruiting activities for assigned positions across the organization.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and early employee development.
• Develop and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
• Support manager and leadership development initiatives.
• Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
