Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Lead works with the recruiting department to oversee sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. This role ensures recruitment strategies are current and effective, advises on recruiting and brand awareness, builds applicant pools, partners with managers, and manages onboarding to ensure a positive experience for new hires.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree or minimum three years of experience in business recruitment.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Office, Zoom.
• Self-starter capable of remote work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Attention to detail.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years managing all phases of full lifecycle recruitment.
• Experience with social media, resume databases, professional networks.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, evaluation methods, and interview techniques.
• Knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices.

Additional Information:

• 1099 contract role.
• Monday - Friday, EST, 15-20 hours/week.
• Hourly rate: $35.00 - $45.00.
